This role demands a proactive approach to fostering client partnerships, understanding their business challenges, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to achieve growth objectives.
Prepare reports on account status and keep up-to-date with industry trends and client challenges.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
