Qualifications

Proven experience in account management, particularly in the technology sector, with a track record of exceeding client expectations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence client decisions.
Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of CRM software and digital tools relevant to account management.
